Server 2019 - Cannot reinstall Server Backup

After experiencing an issue with Windows Server Backup that would not show me prior backups, I attempted to remove the feature using the Add Roles and Features GUI. It resulted in a failure and would not uninstall the feature. So my next step was to use PowerShell to remove it. This worked and the feature was removed. My next step was to use the GUI to attempt to reinstall it. Upon going through the prompts, a message in yellow is listed at the top before I try to proceed. It says "Do you need to specify an alternate path? One or more installation selections are missing source files on the destination..."

I proceed and am met with an error - The request to add or remove features on the specified server failed..." So I close this out, mount the installation ISO and use Powershell to point to it as the source using these commands:

Upon running this, I am met with this error message:

I have also tried using another server with the same OS as the source and I am met with the same error.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
