Server 2016 error 0x800f0831

Hello
Im getting error 0x800f0831 when installing hyper-v from Add Roles and Features Wizard in Windows Server 2016 Std.

Also when im attempt to run dism :

C:\Users\Administrator>DISM /ONLINE /CLEANUP-IMAGE /RESTOREHEALTH

Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool
Version: 10.0.14393.4169

Image Version: 10.0.14393.4169

Error: 1734

The array bounds are invalid.

The DISM log file can be found at C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log
