Nope. All GPOs are managed from the DC and as such would effect all servers and the other 4 servers are fine.
I booted into safe mode with networking to remove ESET, but the networking aspect didn't actually work. I'm assuming b/c it uses NIC cards in a NIC team. So I didn't continue down this route.
I can't get rid of Webroot since it's a cloud based application and there is no control over the local agent, but I sincerely doubt this would be the issue.
IE has been reset a few times. I went so far as to remove it completely and reinstall using DISM. Nothing changed. It goes beyond IE though. Installed apps that phone home can't get out. Webroot, NinjaRMM, Teamviewer, etc. All of them are dead in the water, yet Windows update works fine. It's bizarre.
