Server 2012 R2 Standard - Windows Updates Failing

Server fails to install any updates.

• I've tried installing one at a time and they still fail. Code 800F0831
• Ran /SFC command from elevated command prompt and it did not return any errors
• Stopped the update service, renamed SoftwareDistribution folder to .old, rebooted
• After doing this and checking for Updates, two older updates now appear KB3042058 and KB3172614
• Attempting to install either of those, or the previous updates, one by one still fails.
• Attempting to download one of those and manually install via the .msu file also fails.

When digging through the CBS log I found the following:

CBS Mark store corruption flag because of package: Package_683_for_KB4093121~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.3.1.6. [HRESULT = 0x800f0831 - CBS_E_STORE_CORRUPTION]

So I manually downloaded the windows8.1-kb4093121-x64 update and it installed. Still waiting on a time to give the server a reboot.
