Server 2012 R2 Standard - Multiple updates and installing windows server backup feature failing.

Hello,

I have a server that recently seems to be having issues installing certain updates. It also will not install the windows server backup feature either.






I have tried the following:
-Installing the kbs that are failing manually.
-Ran virus scan. No issues.
-Ran SFC scan. No issues.
-Ran Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth . Found a few issues and said it was fixed.
-Ran SFCFix. Said no issues were found.
