[SOLVED] Server 2008 R2 issues with KB4457144

Hello, (quick thanks for helping with the other server I had issues with. This is the other server that had issues)

I was trying to install KB4343900 - this failed, and since going to September, it's now failing on KB4457144)

Have tried to install via SCCM, Windows Update and straight from the KB. All fail.

Have run SFC, SFCFix and the steps outlined.

I did actually try the DISM repair line with the extracted files and it failed, I assumed it was missing the same patches as before.
I'm just redoing the whole process again and will report back if it fails or succeeds.

I had extracted the cab to a folder, so had a folder in a folder, now having put the files in the correct location, the patch has installed via the
dism /online /add-package /packagepath:%userprofile%\desktop\Windows6.1-KB3207752-x64.cab
