Security monthly quality rollup for Windows 7 x64 systems updates always fails to work

Hoping someone can help me with this.

The Security monthly quality rollup for Windows 7 x64 systems updates have failed to work for me for absolutely ages now.

They always try to install and fail.

Please can someone let me know what I need to post in order to hopefully find a fix?
