Safe to Submit Memory.dmp File AV Support ?

My AV support has requested that I submit a complete memory.dmp file for analysis of the problems I am having with their program. They instructed the use a 3rd party cloud FTP site such as google drive or drop box. Is there any security risk uploading this file to the cloud server ?
 
Members of the BSOD and Windows Update Team here at Sysnative regularly make such requests for large logs needing analysis.
