Last April,
we announced the possibility for developers to respond to user customer reviews, and last month we
completed the rollout of this feature. Developers who see the “respond” option in Dev Center are ready to respond to customer reviews of Windows Phone apps.
We have seen very quick adoption of this feature, starting with a large increase in use after the August 12 rollout:
