Reset This PC Remove Everything and clean drive

Hello

After i did reset PC remove everything and clean drive then install windows 10 Pro 64 bit again its complitly messed now
Even i did clean installation after still when it installs its messed again:
Windows update dont work like before
i checked some services like BITS its stopped
weird things with mouse now i opening by default folders and apps with 1 click not 2 like normally do
c drive permissions messed
registry too
Would appreciate if someone could help.

Ha! I hadn't recalled that I posted "this guide" that included both the "if you've already fetched the ISO and wish to burn it to bootable media" and the "if you need to create fresh bootable media with the Media Creation Tool" tutorials here at Sysnative.

Both of these tutorials have been updated, slightly, since the original posting so I'd suggest anyone download the latest at any time they intend to use them. I try to keep up with both Windows tweaks and sometimes make changes based on questions I've received.

I followed xrobwx71 guide and did step by step clean install.
When windows was installed i did sfc/ scannow and it found something corrupted and it fixed it then i rebooted then again i did Dism commands ;
Also when i started windows updates some updates installing 0-100 then it install again from 0-100 same update.

And there is something wrong with windows security scan.
That was same scan during and after. It took over 1 hour quick scan and it say that scan took only 1 minute and 58 seconds and number off files scanned does not match, insane on clean install with no partitions.
And nothing installed only firefox.
