jcgriff2,

Here is the requested information. I have attached the Perfom System Health Report and below is the system information requested.

Dell Latitude E6530 laptop
Intel Core i5 3210M CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.50GHz
RAM -- 8.00GB
Intel HD Graphics 4000
System -- 64 bit
OS -- Windows 7 Professional with Service Pack 1 which originally came with the computer

Bought new in October of 2012

Half of the time I am connected to a Dell docking station E-Port Plus II with two 23in monitors, an external hard drive, a printer, external speakers, and wireless keyboard and mouse.

In the meantime I will be running Dell's complete system diagnostics.

Thanks for your help.

A Level 2 cache data read error on the 6th memory bank on the second processor.
There's only one crash, so we can't really be certain about the cause.
Does it happen multiple times?
What were you doing when it crashed?

Sorry for the late reply Jared. A crash on this computer has only happened a couple of times within the last 6 months. The latest one a few weeks ago. So do you read this as being a hardware issue with the processor or something that would require a clean install of OS and drivers?

It's difficult to say given we only have one dump file.
Given that 0x124s indicate a hardware error, then it's more likely to be the processor.
