Registry Security HIVE corrupted, can't use SFC/DISM

Good evening,
I'm stuck here since a couple of week trying to fix my SECURITY registry hive on my Windows 10 machine.
I can't use SFCFix as I can't boot Windows either Normal or Safe Mode. Safe mode will eventually BSoD with BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG_INFO.
Used DISM for /RestoreHealth and looks like SECURITY can't be normally loaded.
Can someone point me at some directions? I tried to use anything

Do you have a system restore point you can use to revert your system to a time when the registry was working?

Negative, no restore points, either something backed up in that windows folder for registry backups.

Good evening! Should be feasible to install a clean version of Windows and use that SECURITY hive to then restore everything else for keeping installed applications and such?
Or there's something else I can try to try to recover that?

If you can create a new Windows installation with as close a configuration to your current one then it might be possible to use that SECURITY hive. I can't guarantee that it will work though but its worth a try.

Any other idea or fix I can try?
I've inspected the hive using regedit from WinPE and Policy/Secrets/DPAPI_SECRETS give me back something like (Invalid DWORD value) or something, but if I try to delete the key (also using chntpw from linux and saving the hive) it will be generated at startup with that invalid value.

Sorry, I do not have any great experience trying to restore SECURITY Hives - I'm not sure if anyone else can help but I'll see if someone can respond.
