So I've been attempting to install .NET 3.5 on Windows 10, and have been receiving the error 0x80070002 when using the installer provided here: Download Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 from Official Microsoft Download Center

After some testing (manually enabling it via programs and features, running DISM directed towards the \sources\sxs folder on a mounted windows 10 ISO) I still can't get it to install.

I've had some help from Tekno Venus, who's had me run two SFCFix processes and a Collect.exe.

Still, it's not working, and I was hoping you guys might be able to lend me a hand.

Below is the result of the first SFCFix:

Code:
PowerCopy::
Successfully took permissions for file or folder C:\Windows\winsxs

Successfully created directory tree \\?\C:\Windows\winsxs\x86_system.data_b77a5c561934e089_10.0.10586.11_none_a34a50750a621afc.

Hi Vanir :)

My name is Aura and I'll be assisting you with your issue. On Windows 10, you don't need to install .NET Framework 3.5. You can enable it directly from the Control Panel, under Programs and Features and "Turn Windows Features On or Off". In the list, you should see .NET Framework 3.5. Can you check if the box is checked, and if not, do it and see if it can be applied? If it doesn't work from there, what error code are you getting?
