Hi again. . .
I noticed in the dumps that your BIOS was ~5 years old and believe that I found an updated BIOS for you.
Your current BIOS info:
Code:
BIOS_VENDOR: American Megatrends Inc.
BIOS_VERSION: P1.20
BIOS_DATE: 09/05/2014
BASEBOARD_MANUFACTURER: ASRock
BASEBOARD_PRODUCT: FM2A78 Pro3+
Doing a search on manufacturer and product number led me to this page -
ASRock > FM2A78 Pro3+
As you can see, both manufacturer and product number line up to the info reported in the mini kernel memory dump.
You currently have BIOS version 1.20 installed; the update page shows version 1.70, which has a timestamp on it of
2015/12/16
- almost 2 years newer.
I would suggest that you use the last line - "Windows" and to the right "Global" for your download source. Download it to your Desktop. It is a zip file, so extract it to the Desktop as well (or to a folder on the Desktop).
Be sure to close ALL windows before proceeding.
Make sure that your A/C adapter is plugged in (if a laptop).
For info, old BIOS' can be the underlying cause of BSODs, but I cannot say that with absolute certainty or conviction in this case.
Regards. . .
