I am sorry to hear about your continued issues. It sounds like you are experiencing more hard drive issues. Lets see if we can figure out more what is going on.
Step 1:
Go into Bios and make sure your hard drive is still being recognized
Step 2:
If you have access to another computer or Windows 10 install media. Then follow the steps below to see if you can access Command Prompt. Let me know if you can get to a command window and I will provide next steps.
Use Windows 10 USB/DVD. Note: (Windows 10 media can be used to boot and repair Windows 7 and above systems).
1. Download and create a
Windows 10 USB/DVD if needed on a working computer. (Requires at least 8GB USB)
2. Insert the USB into any USB 2.0 ports and Power On the computer
3. Press the correct hotkey to access the boot menu or bios
4. Select the correct Windows USB to boot from the list
5. Select the correct language, time, keyboard, etc. and click Next
6. Click the Repair your Computer option
7. Select your language preferences and click Next
8. Select
Troubleshoot >
Advanced options >
Startup Settings >
Restart from the
Choose an Option screen.
5. After your PC restarts, select Command Prompt from the options[/b] below:
- Safe Mode (4)[/*]
- Safe Mode with Networking (5)[/*]
- Command Prompt (6)[/*]
6. Wait for
Command Prompt to to load.
7. Logon with an
Administrator account if needed.
