First time ever experiencing this issue.

Everything in the title of this thread started at the same time.
The only information I can give you is the current specs of my pc and that I recently updated my windows.
But before you think its the windows update I reverted back to the other windows update and it still was crashing.
I am a video gamer so I have tried updating my graphics card I have tried updating my networks drivers ETC.

Processor AMD FX(tm)-8350 Eight-Core Processor, 4000 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s)

BIOS Version/Date American Megatrends Inc. 2101, 12/2/2014

Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 16.0 GB

Graphics Card GEFORCE GTX-106

Motherboard Manufacturer ASUSTeK Computer INC.

Motherboard spec M5A78L-M/USB3

I'm really getting mad at this because I am a twitch streamer so If anyone could help with this problem I would appreciate it.

I see a some possible issues with your hard drive in the error log as follows:

Code:
The IO operation at logical block address 0x72d098 for Disk 0 (PDO name: \Device\Ide\IdeDeviceP1T0L0-2) was retried.

The device, \Device\Harddisk0\DR0, is not ready for access yet.

An error was detected on device \Device\Harddisk1\DR1 during a paging operation.

I recommend running the following hard drive diagnostics to start

Step 1: Test All Hard Drives
Download USB Seatools Boot file to your Desktop

1. Uncompress the .zip file
2. Open the USBbootSetup-SeaToolsBootable folder
3. Double click on the SeaToolsBootable_RC_2.1.2.usbBootMaker.exe file
4. Follow the steps to create a Bootable USB

1. Boot from the Seatools USB and Run the program
2. Once it starts it will scan for all drives connected to your computer.
3. Select drive you want to test.5. If it passes then
4. Select the Long Generic Test under the Basic Tests menu
5. When the test is complete you will see the result under Test Status
6. The test will indicate either Pass or Fail.
7. Provide the Results in your reply.

This is very frustrating and confusing all at once. I have never encountered anything like this......

After following steps 1-4 of the USB Seatools Boot File, I got to the step where I am supposed to Boot my system using the USB..... Well let me say this, I’m unable to.

After restarting my PC, it took a very long time on the windows logo and then a blue Recovery screen appeared. I don’t know what this USB thing has done to my PC but all I care about is that if someone is able fix my PC. So I can continue on my Gaming Experience with my community. The second picture I attached happens after pressing either F9 or any option in the F8 menu on the recovery screen. Please help!!!

I am sorry to hear about your continued issues. It sounds like you are experiencing more hard drive issues. Lets see if we can figure out more what is going on.

Step 1:
Go into Bios and make sure your hard drive is still being recognized

Step 2:
If you have access to another computer or Windows 10 install media. Then follow the steps below to see if you can access Command Prompt. Let me know if you can get to a command window and I will provide next steps.

Use Windows 10 USB/DVD. Note: (Windows 10 media can be used to boot and repair Windows 7 and above systems).
1. Download and create a Windows 10 USB/DVD if needed on a working computer. (Requires at least 8GB USB)
2. Insert the USB into any USB 2.0 ports and Power On the computer
3. Press the correct hotkey to access the boot menu or bios
4. Select the correct Windows USB to boot from the list
5. Select the correct language, time, keyboard, etc. and click Next
6. Click the Repair your Computer option
7. Select your language preferences and click Next
8. Select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart from the Choose an Option screen.
5. After your PC restarts, select Command Prompt from the options[/b] below:
  • Safe Mode (4)[/*]
  • Safe Mode with Networking (5)[/*]
  • Command Prompt (6)[/*]
6. Wait for Command Prompt to to load.
7. Logon with an Administrator account if needed.

Ok. Better news than before. I put my bootable USB into the front ports of my PC instead of my back ones and was able to boot up seatools this is where I am atm

I am currently running the Long generic test because the others passed I will post my progress when it’s done

Okay I am glad to see you are able to run the test. Let me know the results of the test

Ok. It finished all tests and passed all of the tests.... I honestly wanted it to fail so now I don’t know what the problem could be

Okay, at this point are you still able to boot into Windows or is it still showing BSOD before logging in?

It was still showing the BSOD. So I took it upon myself to download a windows bootable USB. And when I launched my PC with the USB it is working fine. So I think somehow and someway that windows isnt on my hard drive. But again if I don’t have the USB then yes BSOD is still there

It seems to be working 100% better now and It is weird because after installing my Windows my 2tb hard drive went from 200GB Free to 600GB free and I have all of my files/games ECT.
Id like to say thank you @dmccoy You were a tremendous help
