I'm randomly getting blue screens while doing any thing actually sometimes while gaming other while just only browsing photos

I get a BSOD that says "whea_uncorrectable_error" , so I googled the problem and find that it is related to the cpu voltage.
So I was wondering if i have the correct voltage for my cpu and the problem is not coming from wrong voltage

My built:
AMD Phenom II X4 965
ATI Radeon HD 5770
8 GB RAM
GA-78LMT-S2P
Seasonic ECO 600W PSU
Win 10 enterprise

In CPU-Z my core voltage is stable on 1.368V, and it just flashes for a second to be 1.356V and then back to 1.368V

*I tried to reset the bios to defaults and still having the same problem.
*I have everything on stock and never overclocked any thing.
