The bugcheck on the last dump was 0x7f (0x8,,,) = the CPU signaled a "double fault" - an exception (error) occurred during the handling of an exception; the CPU called it quits and a BSOD ensued. The probable cause is listed as - Code: Probably caused by : Unknown_Image ( ANALYSIS_INCONCLUSIVE ) An "unknown image" could indicate kernel (OS) corruption; hence the reason it is prudent to test hardware. Please run SeaTools for DOS, LONG test - https://www.sysnative.com/forums/hardware-tutorials/4072-hard-drive-hdd-diagnostics.html Regards. . . jcgriff2

See if a firmware update is available for your hard disk. Does it show up in the Windows version of Seatools as opposed to DOS? Regards, Patrick
