Hello, I have a Random black screens. My PSU is ATTIS 750R bronze and it happens with two different video cards. Any help with this problem?

OS:Windows 11 24H2 26100.4351

It is interesting that you didn't list any hardware except your PSU.

If your system used to work with the first HDMI cable with no problems, it is unlikely that is the problem unless it somehow was damaged or there was a loose connection. But since you are trying a new one, no harm there.

If still problems, swap in a different monitor. If still a problem, something in the computer is failing. If no more black screens with the 2nd monitor, then the first monitor is failing.

If you don't have or can't borrow another monitor, note that most TVs made in the last 10+ years support computer input.

If still a problem, swap in a known good PSU and see what happens.

I am not finding any real reviews on either. The K Pro series seems to be one of FSP's lower tier lines, making them more affordable. Reviews and user comments on similar models in the same family suggest they are okay supplies - nothing great, but nothing bad. The Hydro Pro Gen5 series appears to be a step up so if those are my only two choices, I would go for the Gen 5. They have a 700W version of that too.

This is online stores from my country, maybe you find some better PSU.

I have 125,000 Argentine pesos.

Do you know your power requirements? You show supplies from 650W to 850W. Going bigger than you need is fine, but can bust a budget. You want a supply that will easily meet your needs and still have some overhead for cooler and quieter operation. So if you need 500W, for example, 650W is plenty.

If not sure your requirements, please list your components (motherboard, CPU, number and type of RAM sticks), drives, and graphics).

$125,000ARS = ~$107USD. That is not a big budget so if you don't need to get an 850W supply, you probably will be better off with a better 650W.

I have never heard of some of the brands sold in Argentina so cannot comment on their quality. Seasonic is a well known, reliable brand, but the B12 model is definitely one of their budget models. Note it has hardwired (not modular) cables. There is nothing wrong with hardwired cables. In fact, there are fewer connections (potential points of failure) and no worries about losing cables or compatible replacements. But they make for a less tidy case - which some don't like.

If I have a choice, I get 80 PLUS Gold" instead of "Bronze" as Gold is a bit more efficient.

Once you have your power requirements sorted out, you can look for a supply. Then I recommend you simply Google the supply, along with the word "review" to see what is said about it. I note according to this review, that graphics card uses a "2 x 8 pin" connector so make sure the supply has that. That review also suggests a 600W PSU, but that will also depend on the other components in your system.

Well, for what it is worth, EVGA Supernova's are great PSUs. I have 3 in use here, including in this computer I am using now.

Thanks for coming back with your solution.
