[SOLVED] Program crashes instantly upon opening only on this computer

Hello, I've run into a complete stone wall with trying to figure out why this PC is the only one unable to run a certain .NET program. It crashes instantly after opening the exe up. I've already posted my DISM results in appropriate forum category, but I'm having a little hope it will fix my issue. It seems to run deeper than that.


I apologize for the error window being in a foreign language. It's the basic "program has stopped working" window.





I've made a crash dump using procdump.exe configured to wait for the program launch, link to dump: http://fh-serwis.pl/Paragon.exe_210301_121225.zip
I've tried to somehow analyze it myself, but didn't get far.

I did try and contact the manufacturer, but they gave up after two days of mailing back and forth, suggesting problem with access to program's txt log file. I've set all permissions I could and it didn't help. Perhaps somebody could nudge me in the right direction?

Alright, managed to solve this issue with help of another user. Problem lied in program not being able to interpret and work with windows regional settings correctly. I'll still pursue the DISM errors from another thread. Thanks.
