Problem with install of .Net 3.5 on Windows Server 2019

Hello,

i have a problem with install of .Net 3.5 on Windows Server 2019. When I install it over Add Role and Feature Wizard I get error 0x80244018.
Command "Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" return "DISM failed. No operation was performed." - log in attachment
Command "sfc /scannow" return "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them." - log in attachment

Can someone help me with this problem?
