Problem with changing default email program

Hi,
I have a problem with changing the default email program.
When trying to automatically send an email, e.g. via PDF Creator, the message keeps trying to send via the eM Client program, which is not even installed.
I changed the default email client in Windows - it did not help
I also changed it in the registry editor in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Clients\Mail - also no changes

Maybe someone has some ideas what to do about it?
When scanning disks via sfc /scannow, errors appear
 
This doesn't change anything unfortunately.
The problem occurs in every application that uses the Default email client.
I have the same problem on PDF24, on a Canon scanner (option to directly attach the scanned file to Email)

The problem is clearly that Windows still has the email client marked as eM Client somewhere in the settings
 
Or, one of the protocols are earmarked with eM Client.

Go to Settings>Apps>Default Apps Once there, scroll down until you see Defaults for file type and link type. Under file type look for .eml and under link type look for mailto:
