I'm so confused. Any tips and tricks would be great. =^..^=

As for your computer issues, two totally separate problems with two separate computers are best worked in two separate threads. So please start a new thread for your computer in the appropriate forum here (I would suggest either the Hardware forum or the applicable Windows forum). As for the Chromebook, I suggest your friend read this and see if they want to proceed.
