Hello,

I need to print some important documents in cybercafe. I do not know if it depends on Windows or MS Office (Word) version? I do not want to leave some temporary files etc.

I wouldn't print anything you consider important over a public network. If you need to print something, then use a printer at home or maybe at work?

I don't think so. I need to know if there is a simple way to delete temporary files w/ Microsoft Word. Or if there is any third-party application.

I assume you're concerned about documents being left on the print spooler? Are you bringing your own device or using one of the computers provided there? Some printers will actually save a history of documents which have been printed to that printer so you may need to delete them from the printer itself as well.

Please also note, that Windows 7 support ended in 2020 and therefore any security vulnerabilities within the past 3 years have not and will never be patched. Additionally, Firefox and Chrome are ending support for Windows 7 this year so you may eventually that many websites will stop working correctly.

whiteindian: My bad. I completely thought you were referring to CYBERCAFE software not a Cybercafe so my responses probably made no sense.

Cybercafe software is secure. I don't think they use W7. I print documents directly from a USB stick (pendrive).

Your question is far too circumstantial for anyone to answer reliably, I would suggest speaking to a staff member of the cafe you intend to print from or contacting support for cybercafe if you're referring to the software.
