To avoid the crash, I have to wait a few seconds for the taskbar to finish loading, before pressing the windows key. And my laptop has been wiped out and with windows reinstalled. I'm using Windows 10 22H2 Here's the only software I have installed. Comodo Internet Security Mirekusoft Install Monitor IOBit Uninstaller IOBit Driver Booster Driver Easy

If yes, revert the changes using the restore point you created after you have completed the windows installation and before you installed those software. Then re-check if the problem is still present.

However upon doing so, I've found that the issue STILL existed with all the drivers set back to normal along with no third party software installed (well at least by me). So I suppose this minor glitch is built into Windows 10 22H2, so I'll just have to wait for the taskbar (or windows explorer) to finish loading, after entering my windows password to reach the desktop. It could be a minor quirk of my drivers being best optimised for Windows 10 1909 rather than Windows 10 22H2 Thank you for your help.
