The other thing is my display driver crashes then resumes which I have yet to hear other people mention (makes me think hardware issue). This is my first custom pc build I have done and these issues are very discouraging. Here is my Trace: https://skydrive.live.com/redir?resid=2BF3996C4D1E6DEF!353 Here is another thing that may be helpful:https://skydrive.live.com/redir?resid=2BF3996C4D1E6DEF!364 Any help would be appreciated. I am just hoping its not a problem with my actual hardware.

Depending on your BIOS, these settings could be under CPU features, Advanced or Overclocking section. That should solve the problem.
