Please help I keep having BSOD randomly, SFC and DISM did not fix anything.

Please help me, I clean install a new Windows but its the same problem, I can use Windows Update and I keep getting errors when I'm trying to manually update the Drivers and the BSOD. I don't know if its a random BSOD.

Open event viewer and save the application and system events on your desktop.
After that, you can clear all the event logs, and re-launch the bsod collection app.
It should work!
Then, zip your logs up and send them here, together with the bsod collection app zipped file.

BRIEF:
-I use the "MediaCreationTool20H2.exe" from Download Windows 10

-After I got the ISO from the MediaCreationTool20h2, I use "Rufus 3.13" Rufus - The Official Website (Download, New Releases) to make it bootable. But then I still get the same problem.

-Then I just tried to use CMD to make a bootable usb device, because maybe rufus is the one corrupting the OS installation but its not.

Yes, its been on OC before I'm having BSOD but now OC is on Default.

amd adrenalin 21.2.1
nvidia grd 461.40 - gtx 750 ti - win10 x64

While installing the amd adrenalin 21.2.1, i got an error "Error 207 Radeon software installation completed successfully but Windows detected a potential issue with your graphic device".
While installing the nvidia grd 461.40 - gtx 750 ti - win10 x64, I got an error "7-Zip: CRC Error" (I have a 7zip and Winrar installed).

-The requested page could not be found.

Step #2 - Run SFC Scan
-"Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix them"

Step #3 – SURT/DISM Scan
-got one of several different error messages

Step #4 - Run SFCFix
Step #5 – Export/Upload CBS folder
Step #6 - Create Topic
-Followed the steps 4-6 and created a new topic on Windows Update forum branch.

There are a significant number of false negatives if fewer than 8 passes are made.
A false negative is a test pass when there is malfunctioning RAM.
There is 16 GB of RAM on the computer.
Memtest86+ version 5.31b testing takes approximately 1 - 2 hours /GB RAM
Just 1 error is a fail and you can abort testing.
Then test 1 RAM module at a time in the same DIMM each for 8 or more passes.

b) When Memtest86+ version 5.31b has completed 8 or more passes use a camera or smart phone camera to take a picture and post an image into the thread.

See if the instructions for this software is easier:

Run Memtest86 version 8.4 (or newer version if available) for four passes.
Repeat the test so that eight passes are performed.

In case there are any problems uploading images use share links (one drive, drop box, or google drive)

A "Cyclic Redundancy Check" (CRC) error could indicate the hard disk drive is failing.
Run one or two of the tools listed in the following link, after the main post.
You can also run the tool described in the main post, obviously: Hard Drive (HDD) Diagnostics (Sea Tools for DOS) & SSD Test

I tried to use CrystalDiskInfo to check my SSD and here it is.

Please test with all RAM modules.
Remove one module if there are any errors/fails and test RAM modules in the same DIMM.

Please make sure that there are two tests of four passes each.

Testing can be performed overnight.

Post images and text reports.

Okay, I was able to fix the BSOD I think so far so good I was able to install the drivers and softwares, but now I'm down on my one 8gb RAM Stick whenever I try to put two 8gb ram stick to slot 1 and 2 my monitor won't turn on. But when I put only one 8gb stick, the monitor works I even tried to interchange the sticks and does not work, tried to put the 8gb ram stick on the slot 1 it works and tried the other one also works but when both 8gb ram stick are on slot 1 and 2 my monitor wont open. Any idea?

Ok I also fix the RAM issue, I used the "White Eraser" hacks, its 16gb again. I just need to monitor if the BSOD will appear again.

For Memtest86+ 8 or more passes are used for optimal testing.

There was a thread in which it took passes in the 20's to find malfunctioning RAM/

With 4 passes using Memtest86+ there can be false negatives.

A false negative is a test pass when there is malfunctioning RAM.

It sounds like your slot 2 may have been faulty and the trick of cleaning the contacts with the eraser may have helped to clean up the connections for a more reliable operation. If you get any more BSODs please post the new crash dump files.
