  • A brief description of your problem (but you can also include the steps you tried): Today was in the middle of a game of Dota 2 and it bluesceened, came up with the PFN LIST CORRUPT error, and when looking at event viewer this is what it says:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000004e (0x000000000000009a, 0x00000000002c832d, 0x0000000000000006, 0x0000000000000002). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: ea69f664-943a-4586-a6b5-05808f83b8cf.

Says the CPU is running a bit hot however HW monitor says it running at a much lower temp which I think is a ryzen thing

I've run a full system scan, and the windows offline scan thing, done the windows hardrive checker thing with 0 errors, as of posting I'm leaving the PC on overnight to run memtest.

Please run Driver Verifier for at least 48 hours, this appears to be more likely a driver issue - Driver Verifier - BSOD related - Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7 + Vista

In the meantime, could you please provide the MEMORY.DMP file? You'll need to zip it and then upload it to a file sharing site such as Google Drive or OneDrive. The usual location is:

Rich (BB code):
%systemroot%\MEMORY.DMP

Please remove Daemon Tools, at least for troubleshooting purposes, it is known to cause issues such as BSODs. Please use the Daemon Tools removal tool (if they have one) and then use the sptd.sys removal option - DuplexSecure - Downloads

What is that Memory Cleaner program for?

Ran memtest all night with 0 errors. Attatched the two memory dump files.

Removed Daemon Tools, the memory cleaner thing was from back when i first started playing Tarkov, one of the common suggestions by players was to use the memory cleaner because the game had really bad stuttering etc. due to memory leaks. I haven't used it in over a year though.

I'm not currently able to run the verifier right now for 48 hours since I've got work stuff I need to do, however I've got a short week so I can start it wednesday morning and leave it running - Is the verifier something that needs to be left alone or does it just run in the background?

Those are the Minidumps, did you check the file location I told you to check?

Is the verifier something that needs to be left alone or does it just run in the background?
It runs in the background, you can use your computer as you normally would, however, some systems may be a little less responsive than usual while it is running.

It seems removing Daemon tools and sorting/updating some driver stuff has resulted in no more bluescreens, so feel free to close this.

If it starts doing it again I'll run the driver verifier etc. for the 48 hours and get back to ya'll. Thanks alot for the help provided.
