Windows 10 Home ver 10.0.19041 Build 19041.
My PC has been auto rebooting quite a lot lately. It usually is fairly quick about it and i can get back to work, but today it brought up the security and maintenance panel where it suggested i refresh my pc or reset it completely. So I tried chkdsk /f...It got some of the way through the disk but error out. I tried sfc /scannow.... It did about the same. Seemed to be doing something but then errored out. I also tried SFCFIX, but it errored out as well. Then tried dism /online /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth....same problem. I tried all of these from an administrator command prompt. (also tried them from a bootable USB flashdrive. Nothing worked. Then i found Sysnative and followed the steps there. No luck. My machine often boots and runs for quite a while (i am typing this message on it even right now....) but invariably dies and requires rebooting.

Hi and welcome to Sysnative,

Download
520c07ffc7e11-CrystalDiskInfo-Canned.png
Crystal DiskInfo and save it to your Desktop.
  • Run the installer to install the program.
  • When finished, open the installed program by double clicking on it.
    • Good - There are no problems found, the drive is working properly.
    • Caution - The drive have some problems. (which indicates a drive that you should most likely be thinking about backing up and replacing.)
    • Bad - This usually indicates a drive that’s dead or near death. (! - Back up all important data as soon as possible.)
  • Resize the window so that all information is visible.
  • Take a screenshot of what you see and post it in your next reply.

Thanks for your reply. Ok, here is the report from Crystal DiskInfo....
