After I changed the AIO, it took me a while to get the pc booted in properly becauseof RAM related issues (slotting and reslotting). The yellow RAM light would go on constantly until it finally worked. Now, my pc crashes and restarts at least once a day. Could it be that I need to replace my RAM?

Good day, all,

For the past few days, my computer just shuts off out of nowhere. It usually happens when I boot it up. I would boot up my computer and go do something else like lay on my bed, then it just shuts off. This also happens when I use my computer for a bit and go AFK. I noticed that it happens when I leave my computer alone for enough time for it to go on standby (closest term I could come up with to describe what happens). I have already reset CMOS (taking out the battery and putting it back in) after shutting down the PC. It has got so bad that my system has blue screened once. Please help me.

Just to add on, the computer runs perfectly as I am using it. It has never shut off once while I am using it.

I did not know that it wasn't a BSOD issue. My newest post is not related to this old thread so I did not want it to be here. I marked this old thread as solved as it was not a problem anymore and wanted a new thread. My apologies.

What makes a BSOD issue a BSOD issue? If you don't mind me asking.

If that is the case, then please follow the posting instructions properly - run the Sysnative file collection tool - and attach the .zip in your next post to this thread.

    Information from resource tables:

It does seem that you had one BSOD on the 20th June but there doesn't appear to be any evidence of any other crashes. I did notice a number of unexpected shutdown events though.

Please update your Intel network drivers from your motherboard support page if possible, otherwise you can download and run the Intel Driver and Support Assistant which will check to see if there is any applicable updates for that device. If it offers any other device updates, particularly chipset, then please install those as well as it would appear that you haven't all the necessary drivers.

I have updated every driver except for my bios, as I will need to wait to get a USB drive. What is the next move to hopefully get rid of my problem?

I would suggest checking with the Intel DSA tool as well if that is the case, there seems to be some missing Intel drivers and the crash was caused by an Intel driver.

I have checked the Intel DSA tool and it says "No supported driver or software updates are available for your system." Could this problem stem from windows 11 optimizers such as Hellzerg and HoneCTRL? Those are the only major changes I have made to my PC after reinstalling windows 11. Should I reinstall again?

I am pretty sure some of those settings made it so that my PC would be unable to sleep. For temporary measures, I set the power display options to never sleep and never shut off screen.

What do those programs apparently optimise? I would remove them regardless, too many have caused issues on older systems and they're usually just rubbish.

I've suspected that one of your devices may be unable to handle power transitions correctly, which is one of the reasons why I wanted to make sure that you installed the missing drivers for the devices which haven't got any. Does your device officially support Windows 11 or did you upgrade using one of the workarounds?
