This is a non-security update which contains 12 documented improvements and fixes. Most notable fixes are: When you edit a contact and then reopen the contact, the contact photo is deleted. Smartcard authentication isn’t supported in the new authentication in Outlook 2016. To enable smartcard authentication, you can set the AlwaysUseLegacyAuthForAutodiscover Registry value.
