Basically i was having problem where i would try to open notepad and nothing was happening...So i googled fix and one of them suggested to uninstall notepad and reinstall again but after uninstall i wasn't able to reinstall...it says install faliure...i already turned off set as metered conenection but it still doesn't work...So if anybody can tell me what's the problem and how to fix it would really appreciate it.
