I believe this started happening when a program I installed modified some entries in the Registry. I tried System Restore but I got an error that has something to do with the WindowsApps folder, but long story short, I can't perform a System Restore. sfc /scannow and dism /scanhealth found no problem. The only issue I'm getting is that opening paths from various applications including Windows Explorer gives me "This file does not have an app associated with it for performing this action."
Firefox's Open Containing Folder

Window Explorer's Open File Location

MusicBee's Locate in Windows Explorer

Microsoft Edge's Show in Folder

Everything Search's Open Path

Additional notes:

I could still use it without any problem yesterday. I'm not sure what happened today. I already tried doing a Restore in the Recovery but I just got the same error. The error still shows when renaming WindowsApps to WindowsApps.old.

Additional notes:
- Those same apps don't have this problem on the other user account on this computer. It's only my account.
- When the file location's folder is open in Explorer and you open that path from a program, Explorer will just go to the foreground and show that folder. Like for example, the Downloads folder is open in Explorer and you open the containing folder of a file you downloaded in Firefox, the error won't show up and that will just bring up the already open Downloads folder in Explorer.
