Hi,

Since 2 days, I have issues with my surfacebook.
In command prompt, I ran sfc/scannow and after 70% of execution got an error and it couldn't repair and stopped. Attached is the CBS log for the same.
After that I tried DMS tool restorehealth and that also did not work.
I do not want to reistall the OS. Please help me to resolve the issue.

If Using SFC (System File Checker) and DISM (Deployment Imaging Servicing and Management) to Repair Windows 8 & 10, has not solved your problem, then proceed to Doing a Windows 10 Repair Install or Feature Update Using the Windows 10 ISO file.

Thanks for reply, I tried repair using ISO file now and it did not help. Is there any alternative? I really do not want to reinstall windows 10 again. Please help me.

Did the Repair Install complete?

If it did, unless you can find someone who's willing to try a deep dive under the hood to attempt some sort of fix, the next step would be a completely clean reinstall.

Anything related to OneCore should be replaced by a repair install or feature update using the ISO file to perform same.
