Have you re-installed the OS? - (Current Win11 is installed via a usb and is the only os in the machine; as installing, the wifi did not work, so I plugged an ethernet with a Type-C adaptor to complete win11 installation. Previously, I had Win10 that automatically updated to Win11, which is deleted for an Ubuntu installation.)
