well i beilieve i have narrowed my issue down to being either a wireless network card driver (usb or pci-e) or video card related be it hardware or drivers i don't know which is why i am here asking for you to help me. let me know if you need me to add any other files
Read More:

this is like the 3rd install of windows in the past week+ ( side note i had next to no problems while booting into ubuntu 12.1 aside from using dual displays however this is dues to ati no longer supporting my card with ubuntu) but this is what made me think it may be hardware video related

Only 544 mB of free RAM. Since you have 8 gB of RAM already, I'd have to suspect an issue with whatever is running/loading on your system.

You have an 802.11n USB Wireless LAN Card
I do not recommend using wireless USB network devices. Especially in Win7/Win8 systems.
These wireless USB devices have many issues with Win7(and I suspect with Win8) - using Vista drivers with them is almost sure to cause a BSOD.
Should you want to keep using these devices, be sure to have Win7/Win8 drivers - DO NOT use Vista drivers!!!
An installable wireless PCI/PCIe card that's plugged into your motherboard is much more robust, reliable, and powerful.

Only 118 Windows Updates installed. Most systems have 140 or more. Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates (it may take several trips to get them all).

MSINFO32 isn't present in the uploaded files, please do this:
MSINFO32:
Please go to Start and type in "msinfo32.exe" (without the quotes) and press Enter
Save the report as an .nfo file, then zip up the .nfo file and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.
Also, save a copy as a .txt file and include it also (it's much more difficult to read, but we have greater success in getting the info from it).

If you're overclocking, please stop the overclock while we're troubleshooting. Feel free to resume the overclock once the system has been stabilized.
Processor may be overclocked!
Expected Frequency: 2670
Actual Frequency: 3200
Overclock Ratio: 1.1985

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

If all of this doesn't stop the BSOD's, please run these free hardware diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics. Let us know the results and we can move on from there.

hey there thank you for the quick response, i am actually still reading through your reply i just wanted to say i installed this current windows install about 6 hours ago and using an open wifi to try and update so it's taking a while i will follow your recomendations and report back

because i have a tower the usb wireless can reach areas eg. wifi that i can not connect to with the pci-e card, windows updates released an update for that usb wifi just yesterday and it's downloading right now.

the over clock may be the fact that my mother board/cpu have active scaling i believe so it will increase the multiplier up to 21X when under stress

also i was unsure weather maybe old catalyst drivers coming from the original cd install may have been a cause so with this install of windows i went without installing them to let windows deal with the drivers considering i only play dota2 and that isn't even an option till i fix this BSOD problem

also BSOD has happened atleast 3 times while replying

Use the wireless PCIe card temporarily to see if that stops the BSOD's. If it does, then you'll know if it's the wireless USB device.

Uninstall the Gigabyte On/Off Charger. It's been known to cause BSOD's on some systems

You must update your ATI video drivers and your JMicron storage/RAID drivers before proceeding.

It appears that you have Microsoft Security Essentials and AVG running. Please uninstall the AVG to see if that helps.

As stated before, please run these free hardware diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

Finally, there's enough different errors here that I have to wonder about this installation. Should this be a pirated copy of Windows, please be aware that we may not be able to fix it (as the hacks that were done to activate it will cause the OS to behave differently than we expect it to). If that's the case, our efforts to help may just waste your time. Secondly, the forum rules prohibit assisting with pirated software - so the topic would be closed if that is the case.

msinfo32 shows a single WD 2 TB internal SATA HDD; 2 partitions totalling ~1.25 TB:
Code:

 Free Space: 568.3 GB
Total Space: 1049.9 GB
File System: NTFS

What happened to the missing ~770 GB?
Was the HDD partitopned prior to installing Windows?
Drive d: is 1/2 full - 500+ GB used sdpace.

There was an apparent problem with the HDD during Windows installation reported by VOLMGR:
Code:
Event[7387]:

Windows is showing 30 day grace period:
Code:
Event[2793]:
  Log Name: Application
  Source: Microsoft-Windows-Security-SPP
  Date: 2013-02-27T05:12:36.000
  Description:
Grace period has been started. Grace days=30 Grace type=5.

The logs show repeated Windows Updates failures, app crashes during installation.

Did the Windows 7 Ultimate x64 SP1 OEM ISO come with the system?

It is possible that the unknown hardware failure resulted in a corrupted Windows installation.

trying to reply on my phone at work, didn't love it at all, as i was trying to say this current install is the 3rd windows install with the same BSOD 1st install being the one it started happening on 2nd install i used my original win7 dvd this came with the computer i had originally bought i've replaced almost from that with upgrades though and i spent close to 2 days back to back trying to download all the updates ect (i'd BSOD during update installs and downloads which is probably the cause for all the failed ones on this current install also) for my current install however i asked a friend, who i know had legit win7 downloaded as an iso from Microsoft and he'd mentioned how he had added sp1 and update files to the install to make re-installs easier and less time consuming , to bring that for me i figured i'd just put my cd-key in and all would be good i hadn't noticed it was ultimate or an oem till you pointed that out *sigh* mine's win7 home pro.....

my HDD is fine i have linux partions formatted to it along with unused space windows will not see ext4 / swap partitions.

i noticed through searches that the guys on this forum knew alot more about the drivers and conflict side of things when it came to BSOD fixes which i know next to nothing about i've run multiple hardware scans from an array of boot discs and found no errors on the RAM HDD well anything really.

i've had win8 purchased for a while now however have not downloaded the iso as i am of the belief it still isn't getting support from alot of things, i may be wrong, i bring it up to ask weather it may be worth trying it considering i've had this same BSOD follow me from multiple fresh installs (format and all) and now aware that it's 2 diff versions.

im kinda at a loss as to what i should do now considering i'm not going to be able to activate this copy anyway the BSOD is interrupting the updates i need and possibly hurting me more, your guidance through all this has really helped me broaden my knowledge on what to look at and how to find the cause of BSOD
are there any more log/dump programs i could run to help you?
all those output files took me 3 to 4 goes mind you because the computer would often BSOD while they were running and i'd have to start again

Based on what we've seen, here's what I'd suggest/do:
1) Obtain a copy of the installation media for the Home Premium key.
2) Install the Home Premium and see if that works.
3) I am closing this topic because of the issues between the Home Premium and Ultimate
4) Open a new topic if the Home Premium installation also has problems

EDIT: Topic closed....
