[SOLVED] Noticed file corruption via CheckSur and sfc scannow

Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 x64 (6.1.7601)

CheckSur.log shows the following files are corrupted:

CheckSur.log looks clean now. Re-ran sfc /scannow. It is reporting 5 corrupt files (excerpt from CBS.log):

Thanks for your help. sfc /scannow looks good now and so does the CheckSUR.log. Previous event viewer error messages of faulting modules related to the file corruption has stopped appearing. A final review, could you take a look at the attached ComponentsScanner.txt? There are 4 corruptions and 1 warning in there.

The 4 corruptions are false positives and can be ignored.
