As above I've seen your away / run off your feet but when you do get chance taking a look at this one would also be much appreciated :cool3:

Can't install IE10 (9c59) via windows updates or manual install

Hello to you both.

I am so, so sorry for the terrible delay here. I am currently at work and the websites I need to access are sadly blocked, but I will make both of your threads an absolute priority tonight. I will take them on as soon as I come through the door and before anything else. I have taken a look at both of your logs, however, and both look as though they should be fixable (can't guarantee until I try, but neither is immediately impossible).

Umm, your thread is solved isn't it? If you're still having issues, can you post in your thread with the details? If you don't tell us something is wrong, we don't know there's something to fix - we may be able to fix Windows Update problems, but we're not mind readers

Hello,

I have not received help as of yet, however I am patient and am available best after 5 PM CST. Not sure if the situation has fixed itself either, still think there is a graphical issue even if the windows update has fixed.
