Newly build Ryzen PC with multiple inconsistent BSOD

Hi! Sorry if this is long but I've learned giving all the information really helps.
I recently build a new pc since I've only had crappy laptops. Tried looking for the best components I could for the best price (but all-new), buying in US BestBuy and Amazon MX so I ended up with:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
Motherboard: Gigabyte-B450M-DS3H
Graphics: EVGA SC Ultra NVidia GeForce GTX 1660Ti 6GB
Power Supply: EVGA 600W 80+ (I think it's Silver, but it might be white since it doesn't say)
Storage: 1 SanDisk 240GB SSD and 1 WD Blue WD10EZEX 1TB HDD
RAM: 2x8GB DDR4 Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO 3000MHz
All in a CoolerMaster Masterbox Pro 5 with 3 sweet RGB 120mm frontal fans (Not sure you need to know that)

The assembly was really fun, got it on stream with some friends and stuff.
Fun stopped when it didn't boot, so figured out it was the BIOS support and I didn't had the possibility to flashback the mobo or a 2nd gen cpu.
I went to a local store where they updated it for me, they found out the CPU fan included was faulty but didn't care since I had one spare for it. They placed a Ryzen 2600 and started updating BIOS from F4 to F42e (which is about 6 versions I think). Then we tested the 3600 and it booted the BIOS so we assumed everything was fine.

Later in the day I went to a friends house to install Windows and all the drivers needed. The Windows installation failed a lot of times, giving sudden BSOD so fast we couldn't check the code most times, getting stuck around 25% getting files ready for installation. We went over it a lot of times in both the SSD and HDD, even remade the image in the bootable USB, always cleaning everything. At some point we tried installing in another PC and it worked but when placed on mine it kept doing the same. When we finally got access it was trying to get drivers for the other machine so we scrapped that.
We tried downgrading the BIOS to F41 and the installation got as further as 60%. Downgraded again to F40 which is the first version to support AMD 3000 and both the BIOS and installation went really slow and still crashed, even the BIOS froze once. After letting it rest a bit we upgraded to F41 again and just kept trying in the SSD until luck struck us and it got installed about 8hrs. since we started. The instant BSOD stopped happening here and longer BSOD kept happening until now.

Trying to access the computer was a nightmare. It kept freezing and crashing while making the initial account and we ended up with 3, but we got in at last. Tried running Windows Update and it got some stuff updated for our 1903 version, only KB4515384 throws an error (0x8007065e). Tried manually installing the Graphics and chipset drivers, but even though the installers say it was successful the Device Manager popped multiple Unknown PCI devices, some unknown device, and one AMD GPIO with a warning about not starting up. Right now Edge doesn't open, it can crash in 10 seconds or in an hour being idle, keeps saying that drivers can't be found or the best are already installed, tried installing audio and lan drivers but it crashes before I can try to open the installers. It always throws BSOD.

Among the codes it randomly gives there are:
KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED (sometimes saying it was fltmgr.sys)
KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED AND IRQL LESS OR EQUAL
KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED RAISED BY IRQL
PAGE FAULT IN NONPAGED AREA
KERNEL AUTO BOOST LOCK ACQUISITION
KERNEL AUTO BOOST LOCK AQUISITION WITH RAISE IRQL
KERNEL AUTO BOOST INVALID LOCK RELEASE
KERNEL SECURITY CHECK FAILURE
MEMORY MANAGEMENT
IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL
DRIVER IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL
ATTEMPTED EXECUTE OF NOEXECUTE MEMORY
DPC WATCHDOG VIOLATION
WRITE ON READ-ONLY MEMORY
ATTEMPTED SWITCH FROM DPC
RESOURCE NOT OWNED
And more which I can't remember.

SFC, DISM, SFCFix don't solve anything, the CollectionApp gets stuck in "Waiting for SystemInfo", and on top of that the PC has crashed most times I tried using the apps, so I can't include any files here since I don't know where they are and doubt they're there. I don't mind whipping everything again nor extracting specific files as long as someone can help me here. Replacing CPU/MOBO are my last resource, I want to save them if possible.
I'll stay waiting for instructions.

I assumed I didn't had to, but didn't mention that the Windows I was trying to install was Windows 10 pro x64
Sorry for that

Could you please zip and attach the dump files which can be found here:

Code:
%systemroot%\Minidump

If possible, please try and run the log collector tool again and attach what it produces if anything.

It seems more like hardware issues to at this point, have you ensured that everything is compatible with your motherboard and there aren't any loose connections?

Please do not enable boot debugging, you're essentially setting up a breakpoint whereby WinDbg will break in and allow a developer to step through the boot process. I don't see how @MrPepka will be able to reliably guide you through this process remotely.

Could you please run the following command in Command Prompt:

Code:
sfc \scannow

There's a few registry queries going on in some of the call stacks, and then an exception occurs afterwards. I believe that your installation is most likely corrupt by this point. Have you checked that your hardware is compatible with your motherboard?

Already ran sfc and didn't found corruptions, guessed it should've so I ran SFCFix and also did nothing.
I had to leave so I don't currently have access to my machine, will do as soon as I can.
Edit: I did check that everything was compatible before buying, and I'm hoping is not the CPU but it could. Most AM4 mobos come Ryzen 2000 ready and need an update to support Ryzen 3000 and that could be a Mobo problem.
I went to the place they updated my BIOS and they're physically testing every component and doing some workaround to try and help, they're keeping me posted within the minute so I know what's getting done and determine if I'll send something back for warranty or be able to run it.

from my point of view and the multiple different failures win shows, Motherboard or CPU.
if there is a option in bios to reset to default which clears the CMOS and rewrites all setting, try that.
more can't be done from a forum like this.

Hi, I took a bit to answer but I finally got news from the shop I took it to check the hardware. The only solution seems to replace the CPU

Do you know which tests they did to ascertain that? I did suspect that the issue may be related to hardware.

They took my CPU and placed it on an Asus x470 with everything new, and also didn't work. Then they placed a new Ryzen 5 3600 in both my build and the new testing one and it worked exactly as expected.
I placed my warranty order with AMD explaining everything so right now I'm waiting for an answer.
