New ASUS computer Intel 5-120
Came with Windows 11 preinstalled.
All driver updates went well but have the following:

2024-10 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 22H2 for x64 (KB5044033)
Install error - 0x800700c1

2024-10 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5044285)
Install error - 0x800700c1

Tried:
Rebooting multiple times.
Disabling/reenabling Background Intelligent Transfer Service after:
SFC /Scannow
Clearing Windows Software Distribution Directory
Disabling Antivirus
Windows Updater Troubleshooter

Nothing helps.

So, instead of waiting and as it was a new PC (with no user data or apps loaded), I reinstalled windows 11 from Microsoft site. Luckily, it was updated past the 2024-10 updates so after install all I had to do was to load the 2025-01 update. All is well now. (Until the next update!)
