Just signed up on this forum and wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. I have been working in IT Help Desk since 2019. At the company I worked for, we did tech support for multiple restaurants. I worked on the teams that did support for Acrelec, Buffalo Wild Wings, and Red Lobster. Eventually my entire team and I got laid off from Red Lobster which I was believe due to them downsizing.
As I write this, i am exploring the idea of starting my own tech support business as a side hustle. The plan is to start doing bare bones, basic services such as setting up new computers, getting set up on Microsoft or Google, and then growing my services as time goes on. Time will tell how it goes. I am looking forward to interacting with you all and teaching/learning some things in the process.
