i need help with my pc: MSI TOMAHAWK B450 MAX GTX 1660 SUPER GALAX AMD RYZEN 3700X 2X8GB CORSAIR RAM 3000 WINDOWS PRO 64 BIT
So what ive already tried before:
Reinstalling windows 3 times
Uninstalling all the audio graphics chipset drivers
SFC scannow command
Have updated BIOS to latest
Already have latest drivers for everything and windows too
Changing power plan
Have xmp profile on
AHCI operation mode
Realtek drivers
Task manager always have cpu load at 1% and memory under 21% and everything else at below 2% when it happens
My Problem:
So since start of my new pc i was so happy but then when i started using it after windows install and drivers i heard a buzz noise i ignored it but then i started noticing it every 10 minutes so i updated my bios and drivers and everything reinstalled my windows updated my drivers to new it was still there but the problem decreased to 1-2 times in like 8 hours so i was like used to it and kept using my pc everyday and then saw theres update in BIOS so i updated it and it got worst now its like whenever i start te computer theres stuttering and of mouse and buzzing noise every 2 seconds so i downloaded latencyMON it showed i had super high latency so i couldnt find a solution i just knew lateny is high so i restarted computer it didnt work i was on restarting for 10 minutes so i hard reset it and restarted and everything was back to normal (2-3 times buzz sounds and stutters in 8 hours which was normal for me) but then again next day i started windows it was same so i shut down this time and it didnt work again screen turned off after shut down but cpu was still running after some wait it automatically restarted even tho i shut it down and then i hard reset it then again it went to my type of normal (2--times in 8 hours) but now ehn i start pc i have to hard shut down and start again to have it working like that. I need serious help
