Windows 10, running 1903 (OS.Build 18362.418)

First, I would like to mention, this forum helped me find the answer for system restore (0x81000203) problem. Thank you!
Windows 10 has been acting up all of sudden, I never experience until yesterday, At first I though it was firefox problem but I was wrong.

Recently, I posted a topic related back to an issue with my Windows Explore, So I posted in this forum,
Slow windows explorer, not sure how to look at this - Virus, Trojan, Spyware, and Malware Removal Help,
FRST tool was used to fix something in logs, I uninstalled Kaspersky with their kavm removal tool.

Symptom 1 Screenshot
I was downloading regular item on the firefox ( latest version 70.1), Never happened, it was certainly odd for to see download stuck at one place.

Symptom 2 I feel something like a download or diskcleanup triggering to these abnormality explorer hanging, process not ending,zombie mode )
After seeing and looking over, I performed thorough scans in Malwarebytes, adwcleaner in Safemode without find anycause of virus or malware to be cause.
This happening with firefox and other programs as well. I am unsure if this has something to do, but while in safe mode, this displayed
Screenshot

It extremely weird that End Task wouldnt end the process to it Instead, I'm left with a zombie task that refuses to die.

Example: I had ended the firefox in the task manager, However, I looked into the task Manager, in Details tab, the firefox still remained,
I found it odd to see other one which I closed. Even after few round of restart of the laptop, I open found the problem persisting,
'firefox is aready running, but is not responding the old firefox process must be closed to open new window

3rd Symptom
When I access Disk Cleanup section, to perform the necessary steps, right after it starts, however the process bar stay at the same place.
Even after canceling it, the whole windows explore will become unresponsive, accessing any folder, it takes time and
doesn;t load. Screenshot, This diskclean progress without single movement

FYI: Few days earlier, on the System Cleanup system, I performed clean up of windows old update.
I was checking sfc, it indicated few corrupt files, which I peformed the DISM/restorehealth. Now, it is not indicating any corrupt files.

I would greatly appreciate if someone can help me with this problem. Thank you

Hi!

GSmartControl
Follow the instructions below to check your SMART status with GSmartControl:

  • Download the portable version of GSmartControl and save it on your Desktop;
  • Extract the zip file to your Desktop. Open the folder gsmartcontrol-1.1.3-win64 which should be located on your Desktop and double-click gsmartcontrol.exe to launch the program.
  • Identify your drive in the list (if recognized by the tool), and hover your mouse over it.
  • You should see something called: SMART status. It will either read: Enabled, in which case you should do the following:
  • Double-click on it to bring up its window (usually you'll find your drive by its size or its brand name);
  • Go to the Self-Tests tab, then select Extended Self-test in the Test type drop-down list and click on Execute (this test can take a few hours to complete);
  • Once the test is over, the results will be displayed at the bottom of the window. Please copy and paste these results in your next reply or take a screenshot;
  • Also, go in the Attributes tab and if you have any entries highlighted in red or pink, take a screenshot of the GSmartControl window and attach it in your next reply;
  • Please note: If the SMART Status reads: Unsupported, stop and let me know.

I performed the necessary steps, As for the following cbs log file, I have attached below.

It is possible that the SSD is starting to show its age. I can see the Media Wearout indicator turned pink, so I would suspect that may be related. Before you go out replacing hardware, can you perform a clean install as a test?

It is possible that the SSD is starting to show its age. I can see the Media Wearout indicator turned pink, so I would suspect that may be related. Before you go out replacing hardware, can you perform a clean install as a test?
I understand what you are saying, little surprised since, its been a year I got this laptop. I wanted to make sure 100% if the hardware is actually causing the problem. When you say perform clean install, Do you mean clean slate of windows 10? I was afraid this had to come to this. This means I wont be able to create disk imaging or cloning

To be honest, given the state of the system, I would not clone it.

I cannot guarantee that the drive is failing, there's just an indication of media wear. A clean slate may help. If all seems well then, I would not worry.

Have you tried Check Disk?

I mean the failing would definitely indicate , put red flag on it. However, that's true of media wear. I haven't tried check disk yet, I will try it and let you know
Is there any other test that can find root cause of this problem. ? On cbx log, are there any other error that can relate back to problem
Btw, Thank you again

Today, I tried to do disk clean up in safe mode, it's works , Even when I performed error checking under tools it said haven't found any error, although it gives me a mixed bag. Event viewer it says it is fine
