Thanks to this article from your forum, I was able to fix several errors with cat and mun files. But there are still manifest-files with zer length in the CheckSUR.log and I don't know how to find them to repair.
Can anyone help me with find this manifest-files? Which update (KB) do I need to unpack, to find this files? Perhaps there is an instruction?

Hello! Thanks for your answer! I understand what happens after that. Files from the attached archive are copied into the directory %SystemRoot%\winsxs\Manifests. After that I will need to run again SURT. But the server where I need to do this is very important. And I can't put files in there that I'm not sure about. Can you tell me the name of the update from which I can take these files?

I extracted the manifest files from legit Windows Updates so nothing to worry about.
Have a look at:
IE10-Windows6.1-KB2976627-x64
IE10-Windows6.1-KB2962872-x64

Big thanks! I did it! Now everything is fine with the updates. I have to maintain a lot of servers and such problems occur from time to time. Can you give me any recommendations or instructions on how to find the updates I need? (In the case when they are not indicated in the names of the problem files.)

An explanation can be found here: Windows Update Manifests - Manually Trace Through Registry

Please note that this requires using Regedit.exe which can damage your system if used incorrectly.
Make sure to have a backup of the registry before doing any changes.
