The keyboard on my HP Pavilion laptop stopped functioning properly. When I type certain letters at least two other letters,numbers and/or characters appear alongside the desired text. Browsing the web led me to attempt a system restore however, this was unallowed due to corrupted files. The next step was to run sfsfix. This led me to "utc.app.json" which when googled lead me to this site. I know next to nothing about computers so if anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it!

I have attempted to attach the CBS.zip file 3 times as instructed however, it does not appear to be working. Any suggestions?
