ndis and storport high latency, audio stutter on high network usage.

I believe it's my NIC in my Asus Crosshair Formula V Z, but I'm not sure.
I have Gigabit Port Speed enabled going to an Asus RT-AC68R over ethernet cable to a Fios Gigabit connection.

Issue: Upon speed test or any network file transfer, heavy network usage on LAN or WAN, I will get stuttering audio to completely disabled audio and mouse lagging. To the point that I have to disable and re-enable my USB sound card.
I've tried disabling my Eset ESS protection and firewall completely prior to testing, still same issue.

AMD 9590 FX
Asus Crosshair Formula V Z
16gb Gskill DDR3 2400MHz Ram
Samsung SSD 840

Mobo Chipset is AMD 990fx
Mobo NIC is the Intel(R) 82583V Gigabit Network (latest driver version)
Storage Controller: Asmedia 106x Sata driver version 3.2.1.0
