My Several Month Office Remodel

I just wanted to report that I'll be planning a vacation of a whole two days to Iowa.
Alas, that requires money, a lot of it too. So my activity here may drop, but shouldn't.
However, my project, will have the engines put on full stop, and aside from the ship analogy...
I do really need a weekend just to be away from my computers and for me to erase the work off me, showers just aren't cutting it anymore.

I've been following this thread and the amount of effort you put in is amazing, you deserve the time away. Enjoy yourself and just relax, don't worry about us.

Thanks everyone, it'll be nice.

I wont be leaving till 2-3 months. Hence the drop in activity.

As for the drop in my projects, that's purely due to tight money.

In that case, you most likely will have remodeled your office at least one but more likely two more times before then! :lolg:

Of course he checked your build quote. That's why he wants it. However, since I'm a much closer friend than Laxer and also have close family in MN and can arrange for pickup, I would expect that gives a better chance than Laxer. :lolg:

GZ, maybe, I am actually thinking about detailing these machines very nicely and recording their build progress. Talk to me in PM, we'll go from there.

Tekno Venus, Ironically enough I'll be selling off the parts. Some I'll just be discarding. Like GZ, PM me if you want details. :)

Everyone else, Yes these will be open builds, the old will be sold and the new will be recorded.
Also, I'm out employment atm due to medical reasons. So don't get all excited and think Christmas is coming early.

Man, you should have seen my old setup... It was SWEET... 500W Pioneer surround sound head unit with a JBL powered subwoofer and KLH satellites... Main speakers up front were an old set of Boston Acoustics full range speakers... It was kicking... Then I got divorced... :lol:

A Couple of things.

I have a new job and will be going on my vacation in 5 weeks from the end of October.

This also means my other projects can pick the pace up.

That is good, all four projects have to be done by 12/31/14.
