Multiple servers can't update due error (0x800f081f)

Hi all

I'm really puzzeled by this one. We can't install the update "2024-02 Cumulative Update for Microsoft server operating system version 21H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5034770)". At the same time, I was able to install the .NET framework 3.5 from server manager, without any problem.
I tried to download the update and install it mannually but no sollution there.
I ran SFC, DISM and SFCFix and no corruption was found.

attached the CBS logs. If you need anything else, I will provide it ASAP.

Upload your COMPONENTS hive.

• Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\Config and locate the COMPONENTS file.
• Please copy this file to your desktop.
• Note: If you receive an error that this file is in-use, simply reboot your computer and try again.
• Right-click on this file on your desktop and select Send To > Compressed (zipped) folder. This will create a file named COMPONENTS.ZIP on your desktop.
