Is this a personal laptop or does it belong to a business for which you work? Why are you running Windows 11 Enterprise? From where did you obtain the license? You state your last OS install date as being 14.11.2020 and that was Windows 10, you must therefore have done an upgrade in place to Windows 11 Enterprise? When did you do that and were there any issues at all with that upgrade in place? Please open a command prompt and enter the command slmgr /dlv, a small windows will open, please post a screenshot of that small window.
