[SOLVED] Mini PC still crashing

Hey Ubuysa, thanks again for your work. I don't have a function for changing C-states in my BIOS. It is very limited. I can adjust the PPC, but it was already set to P0. I noticed the NX mode was enabled and disabled that. As a reminder the drive verifier is running.
In that case go into the Windows power options, expand the Processor Power Management section and set BOTH the Minimum AND Maximum Processor Power State to 99%. This should also stop the processors powering down. See whether that helps?

Note that the latest dump also fails as the processor comes out of the idle state....

I already had it set to full power. I have sent it back for repairs again. Thanks again, hopefully, when it comes back, it will work.
I don't think that setting both to 100% achieves the effect we want. I do know that setting both to 99% does achieve the effect. Still, it's probably best to send it back, I think it's a hardware issue in any case. Let us know what happens.
